Refund and Return Policy


All Coach yourself for Health® items are individually made to order. This means that as soon as we have received the purchase price including shipping costs for your order, production begins no later than 24 hours later.

Please note that order cancellation is only possible before production begins. You will be informed of the exact time by email.

Once production of your order has begun, cancellation is no longer possible as the goods are manufactured specifically for you.

If you would like to cancel your order (as described above, the prerequisite is that production has not yet started), please completely fill out the model cancellation form, which you can find on our General Terms and Conditions page. Send it to us by email 

After receiving the cancellation form, we will send you a confirmation of receipt and cancel the order at your request. We will refund you all payments, including shipping costs, as quickly as possible, but no later than within 14 days.


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

Next contact with the bank. Processing a refund often takes some time.

In rare cases it may happen that serious material defects are may overlooked during the visual inspection. In such cases, you can of course request a replacement or refund.

If you notice material defects when opening the package, please document them with a photo and report them to us by email to 

In such cases, we will be happy to arrange a replacement or send you the money back for that item, depending on your preference. Please do not return the defect goods, thank you.


If you decide on a replacement, we will send you the exact same item (same size, same variant,…) free of charge to the same delivery address. This option is only possible once.


If you choose a refund, we will refund the purchase price of the defect item to the same account you used for payment.


Please do not return any goods under any circumstances.
